Every piece we drop is made with intention—no overproduction, no waste, no going back. That means all sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges. No buyer’s remorse soundtrack needed.
If your item shows up damaged or defective (we’re not monsters), hit us up within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. If it’s our mistake, we own it.
Important:
We do not accept returns for sizing issues—check the size chart and trust your gut.
Limited drops mean limited fixes. If you ghost us past 5 days, we may not be able to help.
Email us at support@baddreams.co with your order number and proof if there’s an issue.

We’re not Amazon. We’re an indie brand with a dark soul and a heavy cotton obsession. That said, we do ship worldwide with care.
Processing Time:
3–7 business days to get your order prepped, packed, and pushed out.
Shipping Time:
Domestic (U.S.): 3–5 business days
International: 7–14 business days
Delays can happen during high-demand drops or due to carrier drama. We’ll keep you in the loop.
Shipping Carriers:
We use USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed?
Once it leaves our hands, it’s in the wild. We’re not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Use a secure delivery location or a PO box if you’re in a sketchy zone.
